I've been on a 'healing' journey since my early 20s. I have experienced and explored many healing modalities, paths and medicines. Energy work. Naturopathy. Yoga. Meditation. Kinesiology. Procaine therapy. Somatic work. Massages. Plant medicines. Talk therapy. Silence retreat. Tantra. Sacred Sexuality. Breathwork. Emotional releasing. Shadow work. Psychics. Human design. Gene Keys. I've enjoyed many of them and have met many amazing practitioners and healers along the way. I believe each contributed towards my health and well being in their own amazing unique way. AND None of those things, in themselves, affected me as much as did Personhood. For it put me directly in touch with my own Life, Beauty and Wholeness like never before! Did I need to experience all those other things beforehand to appreciate the medicine of Personhood? Most certainly. I needed to completely exhaust myself in the 'search' to become so tired of it, so confused by the un-ending spiritual healing and purification process, that I could no longer continue to do the same thing over and over again. I needed something else and I found it. Personhood is the cultivation of the living, breathing experience of your own Beauty and Wholeness. It is the path of freedom and intimacy - core components for a fulfilling authentic living. A living that is full of wonder, openness, play and connection to the gift that is Life.
A gift that does not depend on any achievement, or a specific 'high vibrational' emotional state, or a favorable life circumstance.
It is a gift that keeps on giving - as long as we can stay in touch with it.
And so, as Life would have it, I am called to start sharing the medicine of Personhood in a personal experiment - 100.100.100.
