In today's fast-paced world, it is increasingly important to take the time to nurture our well-being and create space for healing. The Therapeutic Embodiment Session is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, calm your mind, and integrate your emotions.
During this session, we will explore various practices and techniques that facilitate a deep connection between the mind and body. By focusing on breath, movement, and awareness, we will tap into the wisdom of our bodies and find greater harmony within ourselves.

Please find a quite, comfortable space, where you can be undistrurbed for the duration of the whole session. Please have pillows, blankets, and any other props available to assist.
Whether you are a beginner or have previous experience with embodiment practices, this session is open to everyone. No prior knowledge or special equipment is required.
