About the event
The purpose of this session is to guide the participants into a deep exploration of their own inner world and the nervous system in the gentlest of ways.
Through a combination of meditation, intuitive movement, emotional integration and inquiry, the participants will be provided a space to heal and move through any material within their system that is ready to be seen, embraced, held and integrated.Â
This offering is Sasha's latest gift to the collective and a way to share the gift of healing with as many people as possible.Â
